About Me
I was raised on Cape Cod, and although I spent years traveling for my career, this place has always been home. The small-town values, relaxed pace, and steady presence of the ocean continue to ground me—both personally and professionally.
I spent 13 years in the financial services industry, including nine years helping individuals understand and plan for retirement through employer-sponsored plans. Later, I transitioned into a role as an Agile Coach, where I focused on communication, organization, and guiding people through change. These experiences—combined with my love for clarity, calm, and connection—led me to start & Following Seas, LLC.
Inspired by the old sailor's blessing, “Fair winds and following seas,” the name reflects my hope for every client: smooth financial sailing and the confidence to move forward with purpose. I'm known for my steady nature, trustworthiness, and ability to get things done with empathy and precision. I hold an MBA from the University of Massachusetts and bring both financial expertise and real-life understanding to the work I do.
When I’m not working, you can find me paddleboarding, tending to my garden, throwing pottery or taking stained glass classes. I live in Yarmouth Port with my husband and our three beloved cats.
As a member of the American Association of Daily Money Managers, I adhere to their Code of Ethics.
My why
In today’s world, we’re constantly overwhelmed—by bills, subscriptions, rising costs, and a fast-changing economy. I’ve been fortunate to develop strong financial habits, and now I feel called to help others find that same sense of financial calm. For me, there’s no greater reward than earning someone’s trust and relieving the stress they carry around money. I’m passionate about helping anyone who needs support—whether they’re managing medical bills, planning for the future, or simply trying to get organized. My goal is to help people feel safe, empowered, and confident as we bring order to their financial lives. Because at the end of the day, money shouldn’t create stress or fear—it should be a tool that helps us live with comfort, confidence, and purpose.
