Notarization & Service Fees
Mobile Notary Visit ┃ $ 85
Includes travel within 20 miles and one notarized signature.
Additional notarizations ┃ $10 each
Note: Massachusetts law sets a statutory notary fee of $1.25 per notarized signature. Any amount above reflects mobile service, time, travel coordination, and administrative costs.
After-hours service (Before 9 AM or after 6 PM) ┃ +$30
Weekend appointments ┃ +$40
Same-day / urgent requests ┃ +$50
Surcharges may apply cumulatively when applicable.
I serve clients within a 50-mile radius of Yarmouth Port (02675).
Travel within 20 miles is included. Appointments beyond that are available for an additional fee, quoted in advance.
Additional Services
Witness provided by notary — $60 per witness
Witness requests must be made at least five (5) days in advance and are not guaranteed. Witnesses must be neutral third parties with no relation to the signer or notary and no interest in the document. Please confirm witness requirements in advance.
Printing, Copies & Scanning
Black & white — $0.25 per page
Color — $0.50 per page
Loan packages (100+ pages) — Flat fee $40
Scanning & secure electronic delivery — Flat fee $15
Document Shipping / Courier
Courier drop-off (UPS / FedEx / USPS) — $20
Shipping costs — Billed at actual carrier rates
A Note About Pricing
My fees reflect not just the notarization itself, but also the time, travel, preparation, and flexibility often required to meet clients where they are, sometimes on short notice. Pricing is discussed in advance so there are no surprises and expectations are clear. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
